Birth/death information should be notified to the Registrar's Office immediately after the birth of a child and immediately after the death of a person.
Birth registration is free between 0-45 days of birth.

1) Child's EPI Immunization Card/Hospital Birth Certificate
2) Online birth certificate of father and mother
3) Updated receipt of UP tax payment
4) Bring an active mobile.
