Regarding online birth and death registration
Details

Birth/death information should be notified to the Registrar's Office immediately after the birth of a child and immediately after the death of a person.


Birth registration is free between 0-45 days of birth.

Required Documents:

1) Child's EPI Immunization Card/Hospital Birth Certificate

2) Online birth certificate of father and mother

3) Updated receipt of UP tax payment

4) Bring an active mobile.

Death registration is free within 0-45 days of the person's death.

Required Documents:

1) Online birth certificate and national identity card of the deceased.

2) Certificate of Hospital or Cemetery.

3) Applicant's online birth certificate and national identity card.

4) Up-to-date receipt of UP tax payment

5) Bring an active mobile.
